Customers Not Receiving Invoices

Hi some of our customers aren't receiving invoices. Or they are receiving with headers missing. 

Can anyone help

    Thanks for your post.

     

    When your customers receive the invoices, do they contain red lines instead of the invoice content? If yes, you may need to resize the logo or the header, as this may cause an issue. For more information on how to do this, kindly check out the Help Article: Uploading your business logo or header image.
