Dashboard Income and Invoice Income don't match

Hi,

I have now been trying to get help with MYOB for over 45 minutes and keep getting the run-around. So close to cancelling my account!

Would anyone know why, on my Dashboard, my business income shows over $2,000 more than what I have recorded in my invoices? THis has nothing to do with bank accounts etc, it is purely a difference in amount between the recorded invoices for this month and this month's income reflected in the Dashboard. Did I add an extra item of income somewhere else? I have checked everything I can think of over the past 2 hours, but can't find anything at all. Would anyone have any suggestions? :-)

THank you in advance! :-)

    Thank you for your post!

Not getting the right help can be frustrating and we understand the challenges you are facing with Dashboard.

Generally, the Income dashboard includes invoices and any Income transactions. Kindly click on the down arrow to see the breakdown of invoices and any cash-received entries. If that is not helpful I would recommend running a Profit & Loss report and checking the income account codes for the same date range to learn more about the totals and check for any differences.

Let me know how this goes and we will move forward from there.

    Regards
