Invoice appearing blank when emailed to customer

Invoices getting emailed to customers through MYOB are appearing blank, no text on the body of the invoice at all. When viewing the invoice in MYOB, all the information is showing up correct and when downloading the PDF, again all correct, the issue seems to only be when emailing the customer directly through MYOB.

    We kindly recommend considering an update to the logos in your invoice templates. Occasionally, using high-resolution logos can result in certain issues. To address this, you may want to open your existing logo, capture a new snapshot or copy, save the updated version, and then proceed to upload it. This approach is likely to provide a logo with a lower resolution, potentially resolving the issues you've been experiencing.
