Invoice not sending

Hi there

 

I have tried to send a invoice to a email address and it keeps coming back undeliverable. Does anywone know why this would be? Its just to the one email in particluar

    Hey Bex,

     

    An email may be undeliverable for a few reasons, such as:

     

    • An incorrect email address.
    • The recipient's inbox is full.

     

    If the undeliverable message shows the invoice as rejected when sent to the recipient, it's best to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, to check if the email address is blacklisted.
