Invoicing process has reverted to prior system.
I'm back for the new FY at 9PM invoicing and noticing that the invoicing function has reverted to the process which existed prior to the recent unannounced changes in June.
- Why doesn't MYOB extend its customers the courtesy of advising of these changes?
- What sort of testing went into the earlier and now withdrawn changes? Or were the users the test environment?
