Online payment not working

Hey all,
new around here, I'm using Business Lite and just got approved for online payment. Sent out 3 invoices late yesterday but none of my customers are able to pay. We've been gettiing the error shown in the screen shot.

Anyone know what's going on?

    I understand that you received an error message when you were trying to send invoices to your customers. Apologies for the inconvenience have caused you. In this matter, we recommend doing the basic trouble shooting like clearing cache or you can try it in different browser.

      Thanks for the reply, my post is actually about my clients not being able to pay the invoices they received...

        Hi mscheurer,

         

        Thank you for getting back to us and providing an update. 

         

        Upon checking, there is no issue regarding the error message that they received on our end. Can you please ask your client to check on the internet connection and try again?
