Online Payments

Hi All

Does anyone know why after turning off online payments I am still getting the Transaction with the reference MYOBxxxxxx with multiply invoices being matched to one payment.

Have rung support and followed their instructions but this is still happening.  Any suggestions.

    If you've turned off online payments but are still seeing transactions with the reference “MYOBxxxxxx” and multiple invoices being matched to one payment, it might be due to the system's auto-matching feature. This can happen if the system finds multiple invoices with the same amount and date within a year that matches the bank transaction.     Thank you but we have turned off automatically match bank transaction and have done all the online payments suggestions and it is still happening.
