Unable to print or download PDF Sales invoices
Hi,
Suddenly today, I cannot print and even download PDF copies of Sales Invoices from the online version of MYOB
This message says: "you don't have permission to access this page
if you need to access this page please contact your administrator"
I am the administrator. I checked the settings and status is "active".
We have reasons for not registering for Secure Invoicing at this stage but our access to printing & downloading should not be restricted.
We print the invoices and also email a PDF copy to customers.
What is going on?
Please help...
