Unable to print or download PDF Sales invoices

Hi,

 

Suddenly today, I cannot print and even download PDF copies of Sales Invoices from the online version of MYOB

This message says: "you don't have permission to access this page

       if you need to access this page please contact your administrator"

I am the administrator. I checked the settings and status is "active".

 

We have reasons for not registering for Secure Invoicing at this stage but our access to printing & downloading should not be restricted.

We print the invoices and also email a PDF copy to customers.

What is going on?

 

Please help...

    Hi ww62,

     

    If you can ask other users from your account to print or download the invoices and check if they'll receive the same error. If it’s still being stubborn, don’t stress, jump onto our Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. They'll be able to check what's going on behind the scenes.

    Hi Doreen,

     

    The other  user who is also an Administrator cannot print or download the invoices & gets the same erroe message. The Business Owner also gets the same message, however after displaying the message  a print version eventually pops up onto the screen.

    Trying to use MOCA doesnt help either.

    MYOB - very frustrating!
