Unable to process and print old invoice

Hi,

 

MYOB was working well this morning.

I just noticed that the MYOB tab gone from my dashboard.

When I tried to log-in and process an invoice and to print an invoice that I just did this morning, this message appears.

   "you don't have permission to access this page

     if you need to access this page please contact your administrator"

 

But I am the administrator.

I can access payroll, payments, products, everything except invoices.

I did not register for the "Secure Invoicing" because we don't email invoices.

We print the invoices and include them with the items.

Please help!!!

    Hi Shepai-8-2017,

    It’s definitely unexpected when something that was working fine earlier suddenly disappears! Since you're the administrator and still have access to everything else, it could just be a caching issue. Try clearing your browser’s cache and history, then close and reopen the browser before logging back in — that usually helps avoid some software discrepancies.

      Hi Earl,

       

      I did clear the cache but still the same.

      I will just have to have a virtual chat MOCA or submit a report.
