Hi WMGLNZ,
Finding the purchase transactions where the credits were allocated to can be tricky. However, you can narrow the search by filtering the customer, dates, and status on the bills window while looking for it. After that, you may need to open the purchase transactions and check them one by one to see if the credit was applied to them. Here is a guide to the process I mentioned.Let us know if you need any more help with this.
Thanks,

Hi
Thanks for getting back to me. Finding the credit wasn't the problem. Finding where it was allocated to was since I had to go through every supplier. Seems odd that there's no Activity History on the credits to show where they've been allocated to. Maybe needs to be on the future wish list.
Thanks again.

Hi, how did you end up finding where the credit was allocated to? I am having the exact same issue - a credit which has a status of 'closed' but has no activity history and can't delete it because it says 'You can't delete a purchase with payments applied'

Hi Marchy79,
If the credit status is closed and there's no action recorded, it might have been entered wrong. To track down the payment transaction, use the "find transaction" feature to see if the credit you’re looking for is listed and whether it has been applied to any open bills. You can also check your bank reconciliation to spot if the credit has been used in any bank transactions. Here’s a link on how to delete the transaction.
If you still need help finding the transaction, you can reach out to our support team directly. Connect with our live chat agent through our virtual assistant MOCA or create a support ticket via MyAccount.
Cheers,

Banking/Find Transactions/Enter the amount of the credit in the search field. It will come up with the journal entry of the credit. I deleted the journal entry and it re-appears in the Purchases/Purchase returns and debits ready to be re-allocated.
