Emails status stuck on sending

Hi,

 

I am having issues with sending invoices to customers using desktop version of AccountRight.

I am trying to send out our invoices and the email status is stuck on sending. I know that some customers have received their invoice, yet the system was still showing sending but I am now unsure if all customers have received their invoices. I understand that I can untick the send emails using AccountRight and it can go directly through outlook but then I do not have an activity history and I am unable to keep track.

I have cleared the AccountRight caches from my desktop, but this has not fixed the issue.

How can this be fixed?

  • I have just discovered the same issue with one invoice that was sent a week ago and the status is still “sending”. Did you solve the problem?

    Thank you for your post and I understand that you are unable to send invoices as they are stuck in sending status. This can be fixed by clearing the cache of Accountright by following the steps in this thread. If the file is on cloud you may also try to send invoices in the browser.
