Freezing System

Hi,
Has anyone any awareness if something is going on with MYOB yesterday and today? My system keeps freezing.
Before I am barraged with a number of "is your internet connected" questions - YES is the answer. with Starlink. 
Its all fine until I enter a labour intensive invoice then the system freezes and I lose everything. HELP

    Hi Loppy22,

     

    We haven't had any widespread reports of MYOB freezing issues recently.

     

    Sometimes this can be caused by a build-up of cache in AccountRight. Try clearing the AccountRight cache by following the steps in this guide: Clearing the AccountRight Cache | MYOB Community.

     

    Also, please double-check that your internet connection is stable and that your firewall or antivirus software isn't blocking any MYOB services.
