Invoices not appearing in sent email

I have noticed the last 2 weeks that any invoices getting sent directly from MYOB aren't appearing in my sent emails. Can you please tell me why this might be?

    Can you please check if they are appearing in the Sent folder of Outlook? If not, check the preferences for emailing under Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing and let us know if "Send emails using AccountRight" is ticked?

    No they aren't in my sent items in outlook. And, yes the tick is on in send email using account right

    Hi PS74 

     

    If the "Send emails using AccountRight" is ticked, they should appear in the Sent Emails tab of the AccountRight. Are they not appearing in that window too? If not, can you check with one of the customers if they have received the invoices?
