MYOB Emails not being received in China because of marked as Spam

Hi MYOB.

We have alot of Chinese clients and many of their invoice emails sent by MYOB are being bounced back as spam just recently.

Here's a typical error webpage we get:

Spam message is not accepted for anti-spam policy reasons.

What is the spam message?

Spam message is unsolicited email, such as unsolicited commercial advertisement or illegal email.

If your email meets the following conditions, it will be regarded as spam:

Publicity email which recipient does not require or agree receiving, such as advertisement, electronic journal.

Email which recipient cannot reject.

Email without the base information such as sender's email account, subject.

Email containing the fake information (original IP, sender's email account, route etc.)

We recommend that you try the following solutions:

The email may contain advertising, fraud, phishing, political, erotic information. Please revise your message before resending.

The email may include executable files such as exe/bat/scr/cab/vbs/wsf. Please try sending again without attachment.

If you think this is a mistake:

Users of NetEase Enterprise Email: feed back to kf@office.163.com with the original mail.

Non users of NetEase Enterprise Email: contact recipient and advise him/her to add your email account or domain into his/her Domain's Whitelist, or ask him/her to feed back to kf@office.163.com with the original mail.

the email domain we send to are all different, but if they are hosted by 163.com we get this error message.

 

Can someone at MYOB tell Mandrill to tell NetEase Email Enterprise to let MYOB Invoices through.

    Hi DamienGM,

    Appreciate you providing a detailed post. There are multiple possible reasons why an email might be marked as spam. When this happens, we recommend reaching out to an IT Specialist to resolve the issue. If the problem continues, you can also contact the recipient to check if your email address has been blacklisted in their system.
