Assistance with Tax File Number Code

Hello,

I am reaching out for assistance with a new employee TFN entry in Myob AR. The employee started in the first week of January, and I initially created their card file using TFN code: 111 111 111 while waiting for their TFN code to come through. 

Today I was informed that the employee forgot to submit their TFN declaration. As a result I am unsure about the correct TFN code to use while they waiting their TFN. 

Given that the declaration was not submitted and the 28 days have passed, can you please confirm if 111 111 111 is the appropriate code to use in this case? 

Today is payroll day, so would appreciate a prompt response.
