Authorised a super payment twice

Hello, I have accidently authorised the same superannuation payment for April. It appears 2 payments have come out of our account. I did reverse one straight away. The pay super screen is showing both payments as pending. Could you please help with how to proceed with reversing and receiving a refund for the 2nd payment made in error. Thanks

    Thank you.

    Reading this it looks like my option is to contact the bank and ask for this payment to be reversed?

    MYOB can not do anything from their end?

    Hi JE2478,

     

    If the payment’s still pending, you have to contact your bank to stop it. Since you’ve mentioned it’s not authorised yet, you can just leave it. Check this link for more info about super payment status. However, it’s hard to say exactly what’s going on without more details, so jump onto our live chat team via our virtual assistant MOCA or send us a support ticket via MyAccount, and we’ll sort it out together.
