Hi Chellie22051,
It looks like the wage item might not be linked to the leave entitlement. I recommend checking to make sure the wage pay item is linked correctly, and that should fix the issue.
If you need any more help with this, let us know.

it is linked to Annual Leave Pay. Should it be linked to the Base Hourly. Ive started in a new job and its been set up previously to me

Hi there Chellie22051,
You don't need to link it to base hourly. The issue you're experiencing with base hours not being adjusted automatically when there's paid leave could be related to the paid leave hours entered on timesheets. As a workaround, you need to manually adjust the hours when processing pay. Since you have two company files on your account, you'll need to create a support case on your MyAccount and include the Company File ID (found under Help > About MYOB AccountRight) for the file you're having issues with, along with any other relevant details. You can also direct to our virtual assistant MOCA. This will ensure that the support team receives your case and can relay it to the developer team.
Best regards,
Doreen

in all other places i've worked using MYOB, it automatically reduces the base hours as it should when you enter AL or PL. Why not this one. This is also the desktop version. There must be an easier fix other than waiting for developers. Its not a developer problem. Please advise

i have since discovered that there are a few different base hourly. When using the 1 location "Base Hourly Wongan Hills" and you enter AL leave taken, it works. But with new Base Hourly locations set up, ie Base hourly Corporate, it doesn't work. Is there a work around for this ?
