Casual Loading displaying incorrect on Payslip

We have Casual Employees with the same rate but displays different on their Payslips.

The Casual loading of rate 0.25 and the Houly Rate  of $24.10 is all the same for the casual staff.

On staff members payslip it displays the casual loading rate as $6.02, and others as $6.03,  though it calculates it out with $6.025.

Why is the Calc Rate showing differently on the payslips and as it is calculating it with 3 decimal places does it not show to 3 decimal places.

This is concerning as we have been told we are underpaying this employee, though calculating it out using the 3 decimals is correct.

Can the payslip be modified to show 3 decimals?

    Hi clarkesofperth,

Seeing numbers that seem a bit off could raise concerns, it’s completely understandable that employees might feel like they’re being underpaid, even though everything adds up correctly on the backend.

Yes, the system’s calculations are spot on, it uses the three decimal places. The hiccup is just in how pay slips show the rate, rounded to two decimal places. Our dev team is already on top of this and working to sort it out, though there’s no timeline yet for a fix. Rest assured, I’ve added your account to the list under the ticket for this issue. Thanks a ton for hanging in there while we sort this out.

    Cheers,

    Princess
