Employee files

I can't access a couple of my employee files. When I try to open it I keep getting a message saying something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.

    Hi Kristy_2024,

     

    It sounds like a data issue affecting those employee files. Our support team can run a script to fix it, so it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They'll be able to sort it out for you.
