Entitlement Balance errors

Hi, I have 2 staff members that resigned (leave entitlements paid out) and then were reinstated and now have wildly incorrect balances in the entitlement balance report even though their card files have the correct figures.

 

Please help.

    I've just experienced the same issue with an employee, with us for 10 years, took extended annual leave (using all annual leave and RDO), paid out a very small leftover balance of accrued leave, terminated and was then reinstated. The available hours in the entitlements balance reports (both summary and detail) are so obviously incorrect (nearly 2500 hours of leave available!!). Did you get any assistance with how to rectify this? And if so, how did you do it? Other than being referred to articles.

    Hi Fluid76,

     

    Thanks for hopping on here. This usually happens when someone’s terminated by mistake or rehired soon after, and the termination date gets manually removed. That can make the entitlement reports look way off. We’ll need to run a repair on your file to recalculate or clear the entitlement balance. Your best bet now is to reach out to our team directly so they can sort it out for you.
