ENTITLEMENT BALANCE (SUMMARY) VALUE

I am accruing leave entitlements into my balance sheet.  I have noticed that the leave value in the Entitlement Balance (Summary) doesn't calculate to match the hourly rate of each employee.

 

eg.  96.13 hours x $33/hour pay rate = $3172.29

        Myob is showing 96.13 hours = $3245.48

 

What am I missing please?
