Error sending payslips

Is there an issue with sending payslips?

 

I am trying to send 1 payslip & every time i select "send email" i get the error message stating "something's gone wrong and account right needs to close"

    Thanks Earl, i have tried this with the same error. However, when I log back in, the stats if our company file says upgrading. 
    So i will try again in the morning, if problem persists I will reach out as you have suggested above.

    Hi LisaGSA,

    You can try resending the payslip at any time after you've logged out and then logged back in. If the error occurs, please reach out to our support team directly as this may need further assistance on the backend. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
