Incorrect Payment Summaries

Staff received correct payment summaries but can also see that the first two pays of 22/23 financial year have been reported to the ATO seperately as additional income which is incorrect.  How do i correct this in Myob?

  • I am also seeking a fix to the same issue. Our company used 3 separate CAC's (ABN Branch No's) and the employees' payment summaries are repeated 3 times on their MyGov.

    Hi BillyBa  and CSullivan 

     

    If you can't get this fixed by MYOB, or the ATO, Namich might be able to help. Their software STP Creator has much more flexibility and gives users more control over what is actually sent to the ATO. It also allows for one of fixes such as these, without affecting ongoing reporting through MYOB. Numerous AR2023 users have had such problems fixed.

    Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource.

     

    In this regard, if your employees receive the correct payment summary but additionally indicate two additional incomes, you can just disregard them. Or Is it showing two payment summaries once you finalized on ATO? You can also check if the payroll reports match. Can you please send me a screenshot of the first two payments so that I can look into it?
