Log in for Employee Superannuation Payment Error

Every 3 months I go to pay employees superannuation payment and every 3 months I get the same error trying to go log into the super portal.

Cleared the cache, used another browser, changed my MYOB password and still unable to go in.

Very frustrated MYOB user, it should be this hard!

Please HELP

    I can see that you are unable to login to the super portal to process super payments, and it happens every three months. Since you have already tried the troubleshooting that you did before, like resetting the password, clearing the cache, and using a different browser, This might need in-depth troubleshooting.     Hi Jem

    This is the response I get every 3 months! I have tried MOCA, I have tried 3 different computers still keep getting the error
