MYOB Pay Super Bounced back payment

Hi, 

 

We paid super to employees via MYOB pay super. We have several bounced-back payments credited to our bank account. However, there are some bounced-back payments I can't reconcile to a specific employee. Usually, the bounced-back payment will match the employee contribution.  

 

Is there any way I can check which bounced back payment belongs to which employee?

    • Your full name and email address 
    • Date and amount of the returned superannuation payment
