On-Boarding New Employee

I have used on-boarding with previous employee but this time their details are not showing in their card even though they say they have completed it all at their end. 

I have re-send the on-boarding request hoping that this might assist.  When looking into this, there is no outstanding on-boarding request.  

I am at the stage of going 'old school' with filling out forms but would rather not.

    Hi Helen_G,

     

    Probably an old school vibes when you had to do things manually. As per further checking, MYOB don't have any current issues with missing employee self-onboarding. I suggest reinviting the employee one more time. You can check this link about employee self-onboarding for more details.  If that doesn't work and the issue still persists, please reach out to our live chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a support ticket through MyAccount as this might needs further investigation.

  • Thanks Stella.  I have re-invited him but he has not received the email.  From his end, it says that "You're All Done" - he's sent me a screen shot.   I might reach out to MyAccount and see if it can be fixed. 

  • Hi. We have the same issue with the employee self-onboarding. Any recommendations? It worked perfectly well few weeks ago. 

  • Interesting, it didn't work if we sent employee onboarding email, but worked when we sent from employee card request to update information. Something going wrong with IT MYOB site.

    Please fix your ISSUE!
