Pay Super Employee super not deposited to employee's fund but not bounced back

Hi, I have an employee who is saying that his super fund has not received contributions since he started with us but we have been paying it through Pay Super and have not had any bounce-backs - what is the process to find out what is going on please?

    My approach (after checking with your employee that their Super details match yours) would be to ask the employee to get in touch with his superannuation fund to ask them what's happened.

    Hi Aero63,

     

    As vidario1 suggested, you would want to make sure the fund details match what the employee has supplied. Once this has been confirmed and checked, the employee will need to contact the fund directly to see what has happened with these contributions.
