Payroll not recording

I am trying to complete our payroll however once I get to step 3 process payments everything is gone. Everything looks good at step 2 Employee Pays, Employees are selected and ready to go. Payroll STP reporting does not' go through and everything is gone and appears though nothing has been entered. 

 

Any ideas on how to fix this.

  • Hi Melita_Jade,

     

    I see you're having a bit of a hiccup with the payroll process. It seems like everything just disappears, which can be frustrating. No worries though, I've made a quick fix to your file to help you get back on track with processing your pay runs. Just log out and log back in again before you start processing your pay. That should do the trick!

    Hi Princess R, I am having that very same issue with payroll for this month.  I have just had to have my IT team do a laptop reset as the last Microsoft update knocked out my Bluetooth, USB & Audio capabilities.  Now that everything has been reloaded most things are working well again but I am unable to get payroll to record - same issue as raised by Melita_Jade a few months ago.  I have requested help from support but I really need help as soon as I can and I've not yet heard back .... are you able to help me out?     Hi charly,

     

    Thanks for letting us know about the payroll issue. Looks like the recent reset of your laptop and the Microsoft update might have caused some problems with MYOB Payroll.

     

    I've successfully applied a fix to your file. To ensure that the update takes effect, please log out of your account and then log back in before you start processing your payroll. This should resolve the problem you’ve been experiencing.
