Thanks for getting back to me and providing that further detail.
To send a private message, you can hover over my profile picture and you'll see a "Send message" button.
However, no need to send through the GUID anymore, as I have identified your issue from your reply.
Last week we identified a problem thanks to our members posting messages like yours in this forum. There are some problems around sending invites once an invite is being deleted. We have raised this as a critical priority and it should be fixed in the next fortnight.
Until then, if you invite someone who was previously invited via that email, and then invite subsequently deleted, it won't work and if urgent, you will need to manually create the employee card.
However, once we address this, you shouldn't have this issue going forward.
