PAYSLIP - Leave entitlements (can we have where this does not show on payslip)

Good Evening

 

We have a particular staff member, that is abusing their sick leave as soon as they get 7.6hrs.

Whilst this may not stop them, (yes a conversation has been had) In Myob Account Right can we remove the SICK LEAVE entitlement balance only from the payslip?

 

Thoughts? if we only applied this to a paritcular staff member?

 

Appreciate feedback and maybe info on how this can be actioned within MYOB.

    Hi Janene - go to the payroll category list and find the sick leave accrual and open it.  About half way down there is a tick box "Show leave balance on pay slips".  Simply untick and save

    Hi, @JPlatt 

     

    To hide or remove the leave balance of an entitlement showing on the pay slip, as mentioned by Michel-lci you can untick the "Show leave balance on pay slips".  To do this, go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements tab > Click the entitlement name > Untick the "Show leave balance on pay slips" > Hit OK. All employees linked to the same entitlement name will also stop their leave balance from showing on the pay slips.
