Process Payroll will not open

Question

I cannot access Process Payroll in the Accountright app. Every time I have tried in the last week it opens an error box saying Something's gone wrong. I have updated to the new version this morning with no change.

As per checking, the error log you attached is caused when the company file has had a serial number removal and the previous serial number had STP on it. To correct the situation and for you to be able to process the pay run, you may need to re-sign up for Single Touch Payroll before starting new pay runs. To do this, kindly check The Help Article Setting up Single Touch Payroll reporting for further steps on how to sign up for Single Touch Payroll.&nbsp;

I am unable to set up STP as it was already set up in the prior company file before the serial number was changed. There is no "get started" button. Please see attached screen shot. Is there someone who can troblehsoot with me directly?&nbsp;

Also - further to the above, I am able to process payroll via the browser, it's only the app on my pc that is not opening. If STP was not set up, would it not stand to reason the online system would also block payroll?

To further re-sign up for STP, kindly go to Payroll &gt; Payroll Reporting &gt; Payroll Reporting Centre &gt; Then check if the "Get started" button will appear. You may also check The Help Article Setting up Single Touch Payroll reporting for further information.&nbsp;
