Red Cross on Superannuation payment screen

Question

Hello, I have an new employee and he has a red cross on the pay superannuation window. When i look into the entry, the red box appears around the paid from and paid to dates. We pay 3 days after the end of period. Other employees are set up the same way, can you help with an explanation please. We are paying super quarterly, and if my setup is incorrect, the error will persist through the next period.

Welcome to the Community Forum.&nbsp;If a payment shows a red cross icon it means there's some incorrect information for either the employee or superannuation fund.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
