Dealing with $0 transactions cluttering your Electronic Clearing Account and appearing in your unprocessed Electronic Payments Report can indeed be a hassle. To fix this, you might need to manually clear these transactions from your Electronic Clearing Account. I found a thread that offers a solution similar to your situation.
