STP - Duplicate amount in some employees.

Hi All,

 

I was checking my STP for reconciliation matters and I can see some employees have duplicarte amount in Gross Payments and PAYG, while others are matching with Payroll summary. How is this even possible? 

 

What can I do to adjust amounts to correct figures? 

 

I can see there is a "something went wrong"message around, but I don't know if it is related to the same issue.

    When you run a payroll report is it correct?

     

    If it is and the STP is out you can go into single touch reporting and there is a green box at the top left called Send Update Event (on the PC version). This should update the STP to MYOB records and the two should then match. 

  • i have the same issue, 5 employees are down as earning between 3 to 4 times actual wheras 20 other emplyees are correct. ive been on hold 40mins

    Thanks for your post.

     

    In addition to the information that Legion provided, you may also run the Payroll Register and Activity Summary report to see if the employee figures were still duplicated. As this is concern is related to the intermittent issue we experienced from the Single Touch Payroll features.
