Superannuation error

Hi

I am currently on hold to MYOB, and have been for over 1.5hrs!

I am trying to pay our super for the month and an error has occurred.

We had an employee leave us but returned as a casual, in the same month.

I started a new card as I have had previous issues when re-using an old card when an employee returns.

How do I get around this??

I obviously need to get the super paid.

I have seen an old post suggesting to clear the cache, however those instructions weren't helpful.
