We have just begun paying our supr through MYOB and have made our first payment that has gone through easily. I am now trying to print out the Superannuation Payments by Employee report and have added the relevant dates but the response that there is no information to display.
I have been unable to troubleshoot this so am hoping someone is able to advise me on what I am missing.

Could you try expanding the date range to YTD to see if any information pops up?
Additionally, could you try filtering just 1 employee at a time, does the information still not show?

Thanks for that. I was putting in the date range required and had mucked around with the dates but, i hadn't put in a date past the 31 January. The date submitted was the 4 February so that is the date that he had to include. Thanks i knew it had to be simple lol.
