Unable to open Employee Card

Question

We are unable to open two employee cards. We keep getting the error "Somethings gone wrong Accountright needs to close". Looking at previous support posts, it appears a script will need to be run on our file?

I'd recommend reaching out to MOCA our online assistant who can direct you to our live chat team to arrange for a script to be run on your file. You'll need to be able to confirm your Serial Number and the Company File ID you are experiencing the error message on.&nbsp;
