Unable to record superannuation reversal
I have a transaction for returned funds to our bank account. After emailing the paysuper team to work out who this is for, i am finally at the point of reversing the superannuation payment in MYOB.
When i click on the payment, then reverse payment, when i go to record reversal i am getting red crosses next to several employees. The error message being: This superannuation amount has already been processed or reversed. This transaction has not been reversed, but i am assuming that it has something to do with more funds being returned from another fund 2 weeks later, for which i am yet to reverse and complete the process.
I am unable to complete the record reversal process, and hence the pay liabilites process to re-record super payment, or the bank reconciliation due to this error.
Any help would be much appreciated.
