activate company file V15.0.2

Hi there I'm using MYOB 15 to track personal expenses for me & my parents. I unable to verify a comapny file I've opened for them. I do not want to upgrade or pay subscription fees as only 10 odd transactions a week.

How do I verify? I do not want to be upsold.

    Apologies for the activation issues you're experiencing. I'm here to help you with this. Can you please send me a private message with the following information:
     

    • Serial number
    • Company File ID's or Company File Code
    • Build Number (Help> About MYOB AccountRight)

  • Unfortunately I'm unable to activate online and when I request code via myob.com error message appears.

    This page isn’t working

    confirmation.myob.com is currently unable to handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500

    Hi AlienHockey 

     

    This usually means MYOB will not automatically give you a code for that serial number and company file code combination as it does not match their records. You will need to contact MYOB or get a code elsewhere.
