How can I change our 2FA from SMS to email?
Hey Jacmus,
You can add extra 2FA methods so email is one of them, but it’s important to keep SMS set up too. This gives you a backup if you can’t access your original method. You can check this link for more info.

Thank you for your reply. I was not successful in setting up an email 2FA.
I followed your instructions and when I scanned a QR Code, it said the password was locked and I couldn’t go any further. Any codes it generated were rejected.

When the system says the password is locked, it means the wrong code has been entered five times. Your account will then be locked for about twenty minutes before you can try again. For those codes that didn’t work, the best step is to reach out to our team so they can help get things sorted for you. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
