Activating a company file

could I please have help activating my company file.  I am using AccountRight Basics and

I have 0 days left to do this.  Thank you

    Hi Bic7,

     

    Looks like you have an older version of AccountRight. You should be able to complete the confirmation process via self-service now. Check out this post and follow the instructions: Self-serve confirmation for older MYOB products 

      

    If you're still having issues activating your file, you'll need to reach out directly to our support team by using one of the various support options available here.

      Hi Princess,  I am using AccountRight Basics 2016 and can't get the self-serve confirmation to work for me.

      The Ai also was unable to assist me.  Is it possible for you to email me the licence file. if I provide the serial number & company ID.   I Would really appreciate your help.

      Hi Princess-R

      trying to confirm "on line" didn't work and when trying "by phone" and clicking next the page is blank...

      is that because the number of days to confirm is "0". thanks for your assistance.
