Thanks for raising this. You can create another company file in AccountRight from the welcome screen using Create a company file. If you want that extra file to be online as well, please contact us for help with additional company files and online services.

Thanks for your quick reply.

All we wish to happen is for the 2nd Company to be added. Everything on your Website says to "Contact Us". When we call the wait times exceed 1 hour. This is unsatisfactory.

You have already taken our extra Subscription.

How can this issue be resolved today? Please call to walk us through the fix.

Thanks for laying that out so clearly. What you’re seeing is usually not caused by the download itself. Downloading AccountRight Plus again will normally just update the version already installed on your computer.
 

The important part is whether the extra online company file entitlement has been added to the account. AccountRight Plus includes 1 online company file, so if Company 1 is already online, Company 2 will need its own online entitlement before it can be uploaded. If you’ve already paid the extra fee, AccountRight Plus should still be fine — it just means that additional entitlement may need to be checked on the account How many files you can put online. Please reply to the email you've received from MYOB about the issue you're encountering so our team can take a look at this.
