Administrator, but today suddenly have read-only access.

Hello, I am the Administrator with full access to my file, but suddenly today I have read-only access. Can someone please help me? Thank you.  I look forward to your reply. Angie

    Thank you so much for your response.

     

    I have put in a request, and have sent all the information I think they might need. I'm waiting for a response.

     

    I'm feeling really distressed now, as I've been trying to do the BAS Return for a while now, and it needs to be done this week.

    If there's anyone out there who can help me, I'd be truly grateful!!

Hi again, I forgot to mention that I have an older programme, and although I've tried the various solutions offered on the Community Forum, I haven't had any success.

I wonder if there's a different solution for an older programme?

I'm feeling a bit stressed at the moment, as I still only have read-only access. 

I'm really hoping someone can help. Thank you. Angie.

Sticking with read-only access after trying different solutions would be frustrating. No worries, our support team is ready to help. Reach out to them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, and they'll check this out for you.
