Backup in Progress Error Message
I have been unable to log into MYOB Accountright all day. The message is that the company file is currently backing up. The last backup made was 3 days ago which had completed successfully. I have tried calling for help multiple times and right now while holding the wait time is apparently more than 2 hours!
Any advice other than needing to make a phone call please?
