Can not Confirm Company File

Hi.   I have an old Version and have tried every way suggested to confirm Company File but to no avail. Tried to generate my own confirmation code etc. etc.for last 2 days. Please just send email a...

    Have just finished with live chat and they have emailed the licence file.  Soooo happy...
