I can feel your frustration loud and clear, and honestly, I’d be pretty cheesed off too if I got locked out of my company file, especially at tax time. First up, I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this hassle. It’s definitely not the experience we want you to have with MYOB.
Now, I know you’ve raised a support ticket (and I promise, it’s not being ignored. We’ll get onto it ASAP!), but in the meantime, why not give our live chat support a whirl through MOCA? They’re pretty quick on the draw and might be able to get you sorted quicker than a roo can hop.
