- Your Serial Number, click on “Setup”, then “Company Information”.
- Then find the Product, Version, and CDF number we click on “Help”, then “About MYOB AccountRight”.

Hi, Richard56. Thanks for your response. We received an information that there is an error in confirming the company file. To resolved this concern, kindly install the latest MYOB AccountRight software then upgrade the file offline which take a while. Then, confirm online. Please let us know how this works on your end. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Hannah
I have the old version 16.5 - I don't want to upgrade to an online/subscription service - V16 is adequate for what we need.
Could you please help me confirm our company files.
