Thanks, that's a very interesting link. It's a little alarming that this is such a persistent problem a third party can step in and make a buck out of it. This is a lousy way for MYOB to treat its customers.
I will persevere for a while - MYOB should fix this and it looks like they do if you can break through to a competent moderator.
What a rotten company.
