Can't log in online files_urgent

Hi, I can't log in online files today when I plan to do STP finalization just now. It shows it might version problem.

Online files is 2023.5 version, but my software was upgraded to 2023. 6version at the end of June.

I wonder why online files version is stil 2023.5, and I can't log in now.

Can anyone help check what happed? I log in sucessfully one week ago.

 

I can only upload one file online, so I can't upload one more. 

Please advise what I can do now!

      Hi, thanks for reply.

      It seemed to be connent problem as of online file version.  After an hour that day, the online file was upgraded into a higher version and I could log in suddenly. I can log in normally now.
