Confirmation Online and Phone not working?

I have Account right V18 and have had no problems in the past confirming my company file online. I have tried the phone line method and still no result. I have tried all the other help recommendations with no result. 

Help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue confirming your company file. Activating and confirming older MYOB products has detailed instructions on how to assist you with this.

  • I was linked to a supplier, all their invoices would go into my intray. Now they have become unlinked. When I try to link them I get the following message even though I am signed in online: - 

    Link to MYOB

    We're unable to find your business

    Make sure you've correctly entered your business details
    in your MYOB software, and try applying again.

    If you continue having this issue, please contact us.

    Thanks for your reply. I have tried confirmation by phone. Entered my serial number and code, tick i am not a robot and it came back with. This has been doing this for three days, i only have 10 days left.

    I have also added myob.com as a trusted site as per instructions.

    This page isn’t working right now

    confirmation.myob.com can't currently handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500
